Messy Church was launched on 6th March and it runs every 1st and 3rd Saturday In the month.  It is open to anyone at all to come along, but is designed particularly with families in mind, and especially those families for whom Sunday morning church does not work for one reason or another.

Messy Church is very informal and highly participative.  Each week there will be a bible story or theme from the bible.  The first hour or so will see people gather and choose what to do:  either a craft activity, or food preparation, or maybe playing games or just passing the time over a cup of coffee.  Then we move into the church for a short time of worship including storytelling and song.  Finally we set up the tables and share a meal together before clearing up and going home.
