This an English form of Haiku - Japanese poetry written within a very strict form. This haiku follows the traditional form of 3 lines and 17 syllables, split in a 5-7-5 pattern:
Annunciation
What will Mary say?
Expectant world waits reply
Outbreathed YES! All's well.
